Yes. To place an order via a method other than through our website, see Contact Us. Orders by phone and fax are for charge card orders only (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).
Note: Do not order by email since charge card information will be transmitted over an un-secure line.
We charge the Arlington Heights, Illinois sales tax (10.0%) on all product orders shipped to addresses within Illinois. Otherwise, we do not charge sales tax. Services, such as our testing service and recommendation service, are not subject to sales tax, regardless of destination.
We ask for your phone number for communication purposes only. We have to be able to contact you if there are some problems with your order. Also, a shipping carrier like UPS or USPS require your phone information in case of address verification. We do not sell/trade our customer's information to any other organization.
Absolutely! You can purchase electronic gift certificates which will be speedily delivered to an email address. You choose the dollar amount, the gift message and tell us where to send it and you're done! Click here to order.
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a link for downloading the eBook file. If you have deleted this email prior to downloading, contact Customer Service; we can resend it to you.
If you have set up an account, you can also view a history of all purchases made from SCL through that account. eBooks listed include the ability to download files. Simply log in and click on the "people" icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
If you are logged into your Shopchristianliberty.com account when you add an item to your cart, we will keep those items in your shopping cart for future browsing every time you are logged into your account. In addition, if "cookies" are enabled in the browser that you are accessing Shopchristianliberty.com from, our servers will keep track of those items for up to six months or until you remove them from your cart, whether you are logged in or not.
You may edit or cancel your order as long as it has not left our facility. We generally process our orders within 24 hours. Any changes or cancellations must be made within that period of time. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to modify it. Please contact Customer Service about any adjustments you would like to make to your order.
