Shipping

Order Processing

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process (enrollments will take longer) before being shipped, unless a back-order situation occurs. During our busy season of July through October, orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process.

Our offices are closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Years holiday period.

Calculating Shipping Costs

We charge exact shipping for orders placed through our website. The shipping charge is determined by totaling the weight of each item purchased and sending that information, along with your postal code, to UPS and the United States Postal Service for an exact shipping quote. Once these quotes are retrieved, they will be displayed and customers can then chose the desired service.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Christian Liberty primarily uses United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). When placing your order, you will be presented with your available shipping options for each carrier based on your destination.

Contiguous United States
Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. To see the shipping rate information specific to your order's destination, please complete your order, click "Estimate Shipping and Tax," and enter the requested information. You will then be presented with your available UPS and USPS shipping options.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Shipping estimates will be calculated in the same manner as contiguous United States quotes; however, shipping costs and times will be significantly greater.

P.O. Boxes
The shipping method to Post Office boxes is limited to USPS.

APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
The shipping method to APO, FPO, and DPO boxes is limited to USPS.

U.S. Territories and Freely Associated States
The shipping method to these locations is limited to USPS.

International
Christian Liberty accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees will vary depending on the delivery address for your order. To see the shipping rate information specific to your order's destination, please complete your order, click "Estimate Shipping and Tax", and enter the requested information. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Christian Liberty, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees that are levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives in that country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
