Effective Phonics Program
I've used Adventures in Phonics to teach all 8 of my kids to read. The program is effective for producing confident readers. Some of the lessons particularly about syllabification are challenging and need lots of modeling, but overall we have found the books to be user-friendly and straight forward.

I have used Christian Liberty Press materials for many years and never been disappointed. The Level B phonics program is very comprehensive and works beautifully with the Noah Webster Blue Back Speller. When your child has completed this workbook they will have received a high quality year of phonics instruction. Book is well-laid out and complete.
