Love CLP!!!!
We are in our second year of homeschooling. We love CLP curriculum kits and that they are Christ centered. I love how with most of the course you have at least 2 options. The only thing I'm not thrilled with this year is for Bible. We didn't like last year's Studying God's Word so we went with Journey Through the Bible. If you go by the Day in each book it is a lot of reading and work. It takes my daughter over an hour. So I had to make adjustments and not do it that way for her. 7th grade is more work than 6th grade was, but she is handling it well and if needed I make adjustments for her like above. That is the plus with homeschooling! :) But none of those issues for us take away any stars from our review.

Makes Homeschool Life Easy
This is my third year homeschooling and my first year buying curriculum kit. I can't believe I waited this long. Don't re-invent the wheel, this package can work with any learning style and teaching style. I'm excited for our year ahead and we are only on week in! I would advise get it in advance so you can set up your lesson plans.

Very Excited!!!
My son and I are very excited to get started. He looked through his books and feels he is going to learn so much. He was also given the opportunity to go back to public school and turned it down. This is our third year of using Christian Liberty's homeschooling kits.

So far, so good
We have tried many curriculum over the years. We have tried doing it on the computer. We've tried booklets. We've tried mix and matching. As my son is entering these junior high years, and at age 12, we (he is included in this) wanted something more structured and more clearly defined. He wanted something comprehensive. We received it, and I decided on a 30 week schedule to work through the whole curriculum. After going through it two days now he likes the texts. All but spelling. While some people really push spelling, I decided it isn't worth it. When he looks at the list of words and wonders why on earth he needs to memorize the spelling of words he'll never use, I decided he had a point. He is a decent speller and a great reader. I told him if he is reading or writing and doesn't know how a word or how to spell it, he needs to look it up and that is how he can learn. That is how I learned more complicated spelling. So, other than spelling, I think this is going to work great for him, for both of us. I look forward to reading the text along with him. I enjoyed making the the schedule and seeing all the neat things he is to learn and explore.

can't wait to get started. looks like a good year.
I'm going to like teaching for this curriculum. beautiful text books. The curriculum I use for the last 2 years didn't have all the subjects and was very frustrating to teacher from and learn from.
