Order Processing
Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before being shipped, unless a back-order situation occurs. During our busy season of July through October, orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process.
Our offices are closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas to New Year holiday period.
Calculating Shipping Costs
We charge exact shipping for orders placed through our website. The shipping charge is determined by totaling the weight of each item purchased and sending that information, along with your postal code, to UPS and the United States Postal Service for an exact shipping quote. Once these quotes are retrieved, they will be displayed and customers can then chose the desired service.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Shipping methods vary depending on the destination, but are either UPS or USPS. We do not ship via FedEx.
All U.S. Post Office box shipments are sent via USPS.
Continental U.S.
- UPS - ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, and next day
- USPS - priority mail
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
- USPS - priority mail
APO, FPO, and DPO
- USPS - priority mail
International
- USPS - priority mail international and priority mail express international
Prior to mailing, we contact all international customers to discuss liabilities, shipping times, potential delays, guarantees, and possible additional customs and import fees. As the importer, you are responsible for assuring that the products can be lawfully imported. You must also comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Mail loss and damage claims are the responsibility of the customer.
For those who have access to a U.S. domestic address that routinely sends packages overseas (such as a foreign missionary with a U.S. home base), we recommend considering this as an option.
Shipping Discrepancies and Damaged Shipments
In the event of a shipping discrepancy or damaged product, you must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days from the date the order is received for replacement or refund to occur. Defective products are not subject to this time limitation.
