This course examines the historical background of the United States Constitution, starting with the Constitutional Convention and the original intent of the Framers of the Constitution. It then examines pivotal Supreme Court decisions, and explains how judicial tyranny is eroding our liberties.

Write a summary of, and an opinion paragraph for, each Supreme Court decision discussed in the text that answers five specific questions (provided). All work will be graded by Christian Liberty Homeschools (CLH).
