Product Description
This course emphasizes the advanced principles of grammar and creative writing as well as vocabulary and spelling development. Students will study compound and concrete nouns; abstract and collective nouns; subject-verb agreement, transitive and intransitive verbs; subordinating conjunctions; adverbial, adjective, and elliptical clauses; appositives; and tense, voice, and mood of verbs. Students will apply these concepts in the composition of various types of paragraphs and a research paper. Materials include a workbook, teacher’s manual, and eight tests, all published by Christian Liberty Press. Requirements include completion of the workbook exercises, composition projects, and tests. Prerequisite: Applications of Grammar Book Four (or equivalent).
